Here's what our customers say
OD Woodcraft made me a custom unit on request as I was unable to find what I was looking for. They were so communicative and speedy in making my piece. It is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for thank you!!

The board created by Oskars was perfect and he was very responsive and helpful with some customisation features I had asked for. The board was carefully packed and shipped and arrived in perfect condition. The craftsmanship is excellent and I am very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend!

Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take?
Most of our products are handmade to order. Our current processing time is shown on each product page and may vary depending on the item and workload.
Can you make items in custom sizes?
Yes. We offer custom sizing on many of our products. If you need specific dimensions, please contact us and we'll be happy to provide a quote.
Can I request a different wood or finish?
Yes. Depending on the product, we may be able to offer different hardwoods, finishes or colours. Please contact us before ordering to discuss the available options.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Every piece of solid wood is unique. Natural variations in grain, colour and knots mean your item may differ slightly from the photographs. This is part of the natural character of real wood.
Can I return a custom-made order?
As custom and made-to-measure items are produced specifically to your requirements, they cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible and send photographs of the item and packaging. We'll review the damage and arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
